We are being joined by one of the oldest family-run Cognac houses, Prunier. Since 1769 it has been ageing, blending and bottling Cognacs in its cellars in the heart of the region.
You will be guided through six expressions from the different regions in Cognac, all conforming to the Prunier house style but each displaying their own individual characteristics and nuances.
These Cognacs are unblended single vintage, which is rare for the region, so it means you are tasting a piece of history!
The line-up will consist of the following Cognacs:
- Borderies 1977
- Grande Champagne 1978
- Fins Bois 1974
- Petite Champagne 1980
- Bons Bois 1975
- Prunier 60 Year Old

Made from the 1977 harvest in the Borderies, Cognac's smallest region, this is a complex yet rounded spirit that features the lavender and nut notes often present in Cognacs from this area. Bottled at cask strength, this is a magnificent vintage from a house adept in producing single-harvest Cognacs.
