Surprisingly in the UK there are less than 20 genuine chocolate makers, making chocolate directly from the bean.

At Tosier all our chocolate is inherently vegan, as well as gluten, dairy, and additive-free, we select our beans from origins that offer exciting and dynamic flavour profiles, and the resulting chocolate pairs exceptionally well with cognac.

Our flavoursome chocolate is minimally processed and manufactured in 24kg micro-batches, entirely within our small factory from the receipt of centrally fermented cocoa beans to the production of the finished bar. The natural goodness of the cocoa is retained by creating individual roasting profiles for each bean and we only make a limited number of bars from each harvest, as availability of these beans is finite and each harvest unique. 

We always pay a higher price for the cocoa beans we use than mainstream confectionary manufacturers. This ensures sustainability and positive outcomes for the smallholder farmers and cooperatives we buy from.

During the show, we will be sampling our full range of chocolate, all of which will be available for sale.
