Masterclass Room 1

12.45-1.45pm The Evolution of Cognac with Frapin - A class on the evolution of Cognac hosted by Bertrand Verduzier, this session will highlight the skills of the blender and show that while age is a key factor in Cognac, it is not the only indicator of quality.

2.30-3.30pm The Whisky Lover’s Guide to Cognac - A comparative tasting of Martell and whiskies from Glenlivet and Chivas. Hosted by Matthias Lataille and Phil Huckle, this session will highlight the similarities – and differences – between these two iconic dark spirits.

1.15-1.45pm How to Sell Cognac in your Venue - Tony Conigliaro and Guillaume Le Dorner from Bar Luciole will guide you on the best way to sell and stock Cognac in your bar.

1.45-2.15pm Rémy Martin 1738, XO & Carte Blanche - A rare opportunity to hear from Rémy Martin Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau as he talks about the 1738, XO and Carte Blanche.

2.45-3.15pm Art of Selection for Hennessy Paradis Imperial - Brand Ambassador Max Helm will explain the complex selection process when blending Hennessy’s Paradis Imperial.
