12.45-1.45pm The Evolution of Cognac with Frapin - A class on the evolution of Cognac hosted by Bertrand Verduzier, this session will highlight the skills of the blender and show that while age is a key factor in Cognac, it is not the only indicator of quality.
2.30-3.30pm The Whisky Lover’s Guide to Cognac - A comparative tasting of Martell and whiskies from Glenlivet and Chivas. Hosted by Matthias Lataille and Phil Huckle, this session will highlight the similarities – and differences – between these two iconic dark spirits.
