La Maison Rémy Martin is a permanent fixture at Bibendum and well worth a visit. In collaboration with two-Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi, Rémy Martin turns Cognac into an unrivalled experience.
Step into the bar which has fittingly been designed by Sir Terence Conran himself as homage to Bibendum’s iconic Michelin House. The new space and bar features materials including pewter, wood and stone and evokes the chalky and Limousian oak of Cognac.
Order a seasonal cocktail alongside an expertly crafted food pairing created by chef Bosi himself to discover the many facets of Rémy Martin. The Baptiste, a crisp refreshing long drink made with Rémy Martin 1738 Royal Accord is a personal favourite. Named after Rémy Martin's Cellar Master, Baptiste Loiseau, this cocktail will also be available to sample at the Cognac Show in April, where Rémy Martin plans to showcase cocktails, food pairings, a HoloLens and more.
La Maison Rémy Martin is open every day:
– Monday to Saturday from 4:30pm to 12:00am
– Sunday from 12:00pm to 11:00pm
La Maison Rémy Martin is a private members club that welcomes its members to a series of gatherings and carefully curated experiences, lifestyle masterclasses and exclusive cultural events.
