  • Old vs New Cognac

    Old vs New Cognac

Join Cognac Show founder Sukhinder Singh and Old and Rare Spirits manager Jason Vaswani for a tasting that pits old and rare Cognacs from Sukhinder’s collection against their modern-day counterparts.

Whisky Exchange co-founder Sukhinder Singh is a long-time Cognac enthusiast who has spent decades amassing a collection of exceptional historical expressions. In this session he will be opening specially selected Cognac for a one-off tasting that explores how the category has evolved over the years. Includes a rare chance to sample an iconic Martell Cordon Blue bottled in the 1970s.

  • Sustainability in Cognac

    Sustainability in Cognac

As extreme weather conditions threaten Cognac’s very existence, houses across the region are adapting to meet the challenges posed by climate change. In this session we discuss how modern thinking is being used to safeguard a centuries-old tradition.

Joining us to talk climate change and Cognac are Jean-Luc Pasquet of Maison Pasquet and Alexandre Gabriel of Maison Ferrand. We’ll be tasting some of their favourite releases while learning about the fresh thinking needed to keep the Cognac flowing.

  • Tesseron Paradis

    Tesseron Paradis

Abel Tesseron built his cellar in the crypts of a 12th century church in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente. A man who understood the long game, he stocked these cellars with the best eau-de-vie from across the Champagnes – well-aware that he would not live to see many of them at their full potential. This tasting offers a taste of history from the Tesseron paradis, a tribute to Abel’s legacy, and includes their most prestigious bottling the Tesseron Extreme.
