Since then they have built on their expertise as growers and distillers, becoming professional distillers in 1962 and bottling Cognac under their own name. Maxime Trijol distil every drop of Cognac that they bottle and they produce two ranges; Classic, which is a blend from grapes grown throughout Cognac, and Grande Champagne, which is produced solely from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne ‘Premier Cru’ sub-region. In addition to this, Maxime Trijol occasionally produce and bottle vintage Cognac in very limited quantities.
